cuci21 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between cuci21 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided through the cuci21 platform, accessible at https://cuci21.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

cuci21 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Malaysia, offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting markets, and related gaming services. The Platform is operated and maintained by the cuci21 team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cuci21. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by the Company before processing withdrawals or as required under the Company's compliance obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the cuci21 website at https://cuci21.cam, together with any associated mobile applications, APIs, or subdomain services.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted as determined by the Company from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, and customer support functions available through the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on cuci21, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an Account;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited or where accessing the Platform would cause the Company to violate any applicable law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through cuci21 or any linked responsible gambling programme;
• You have not previously had an Account closed by cuci21 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of cuci21 or any associated entity.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility criteria may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Account, the voiding of any pending bets or games, and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds in the Account.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on cuci21. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. cuci21 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary: a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within three months confirming your residential address, or additional documentation as reasonably requested.

Access to and use of the cuci21 Platform is granted subject to these Terms. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that in using the Platform, you will at all times:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature or technical measure protecting the Platform;
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to assist in betting, gaming, or navigating the Platform;
• Not exploit any errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain; any such exploit must be reported to the Company immediately;
• Not engage in any communication on the Platform (including live chat) that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive;
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Platform's performance for other users.

The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cuci21 endeavours to maintain continuous uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

cuci21 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange via all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT, ETH). Supported payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change and are published on the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for most payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 for most payment methods.
• Processing Times: E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are processed instantly. FPX bank transfers typically take 5–15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to KYC completion.
• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks where transactions are flagged as unusual or where regulatory obligations require it.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. The Company processes verified withdrawal requests within the published timeframes but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

From time to time, cuci21 may offer promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, referral rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the respective offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular offer only.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotional offers include the following:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to a stated Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount;
• Bonus Funds must be used within the stated validity period or they will be forfeited automatically;
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless expressly stated otherwise;
• cuci21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other exploitation — will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

All bets placed and games played on cuci21 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with relevant rules before participating.

Key general rules applying to all gaming activity on cuci21 include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules;
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games, or by live dealers and physical equipment for live dealer games. The integrity of all outcomes is regularly audited;
• In the event of a technical failure or game error during a bet or game round, cuci21 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the Player's Account;
• cuci21 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games as provided by the originating game studios. RTPs represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

For sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other competitions, all results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport. cuci21 follows standard industry settlement rules for disputed results, postponed events, and abandoned matches.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci21 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account per individual;
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or Account credentials;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics;
• Using any form of software tool, algorithm, or automated process to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems or infrastructure;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting where expressly restricted, or any other activity designed to circumvent the Company's risk management;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cuci21 staff or other users through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the cuci21 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cuci21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to cuci21. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci21 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuci21 does not accept liability for losses arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited; (c) delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors; or (d) interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or natural disasters.

cuci21 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We maintain a suite of player protection tools designed to help users remain in control of their gaming activity. These tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion — are available to all registered Players and can be activated immediately upon request.

cuci21 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. The Platform is not intended for, and must not be used by, individuals under 21 years of age.

cuci21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The Account holder is not eligible to use the Platform under Section 3 of these Terms;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with no deposits, withdrawals, or gaming activity.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player through a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable deductions as permitted under these Terms.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. We will process voluntary closure requests promptly and facilitate the return of any available real-money balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and operates.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and cuci21 in connection with your Account or use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct engagement with our support team. For unresolved disputes, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

cuci21 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
